The San Diego County Fire Department Rare EMS/BMS Shoulder Patch is a unique collectible item representing the firefighting and rescue theme in the United States.

This patch is a rare unissued example that I have kept clean and bright. It has never been worn and was given to me years ago by a Paramedic.
