Just a car from Johnny Lightning. This appears to be one of the vintage releases with the Topper mark on the bottom. It's a "Stiletto" car. It measures about 3 inches long.

There's some heavy wear to this one, unfortunately. There's a lot of paint loss and wear on the roof and top of the car along with some scuffing on the windshield. It also looks like the wheels bent out a little at the axles. The pictures should give you a good idea of the condition. 

There's no packaging for it.
