Antique Clear Glass Apothecary Bottle C1870, Green Stuff Inside! Cork Stopper: which is firmly wedged in!

I’ve no idea what the green stuff is, quite solid, maybe jelly like and some of it liquid.

The seam on the bottle stops at the shoulder so likely between 1860s and 1880s
