For a book over 300 years old it is in remarkably good condition.

There is some light foxing and a little tanning however binding very good and although the spine has damage too and bottom most of the boards are pretty good, retaining pattern details.

There are some hand written notes in places but these too are of the time it adds details to this piece of history depicting a rather different time.
