ITEM:  Lot of 12 pin-up ink blotter cards by Ted Withers, Hollywood.  These were produced by Brown & Bigelow with advertising for H. E. Ransford Company (HERCO) of Pittsburgh, PA.  These measure 3 7/8" x 9".
