A lovely example of a very underrated 12 string from Godin in very good condition for a 25 year old.

Solid cedar top which gives a nice bit of fat bottom end a 12 string needs. 

Plays very nicely for a 12 string with low action. Has a very warm mature and pretty loud sound, very nice to sing with —very similiar in sound and feel to my Maton 808 with cedar top I’ve upload a quick iphone 30 second clip which gives you an idea of the sound and playability. 

The guitar has a industry standard Fishman Matrix undersaddle pickup fitted which sounds great live (you might need a feedback buster if playing at high/stage volume). 6 brass pins installed and included on the bottom 6 strings which i find helps with the lows and upper mids, especially live. Strap button installed by KGB in Birkenhead.

A few marks on the top and a littlle matt residue on the front of the pickguard (which was coming slightly loose recently and i put a couple of drops of glue to secure). it would probably come off with a drop of nail varnish remover. The guitar is fitted with new(ish) Ernie Ball Earthwood Phosphor Bronze 9-46 which suit the guitar very well.

A lovely professional standard 12 string electro-acoustic made in Canada for not much.
