SET of 60+ sparkling tops. All are plain--silver (matte and shiny), gold (only 2), black and white. Perfect for crafts. Would be great for tic-tac-toe boards.

Champagne Tops are known in French as 'plaques de muselets' or 'capsules de Champagne'.  Most Sparkling Wines have these decorated metal tops, not just genuine Champagne (from the champagne region of France).

A Placomusophile [plakomuzofil] is a collector of Champagne capsules, as well as the Muselet, or wired cage that surrounds the capsules and corks of the Champagne bottle.

The placards or toppers or capsules have even become an attractive selling point, since some Champagne houses do not hesitate to change the color and design of these every year.   Many houses will have different colors and designs for their different varietals of sparkling wines.
