NO RESERVE auction.......... Antique Vintage Unmarked No. #7 Gem French Bread Stick Roll Cast Iron Square Pan. No marking on this piece. The size is 11 3/8 inches x 7 1/4 inches x 7/8 inches tall. The pan is similar to a #7 Griswold Gem Pan with 8 square bread slots. It looks to be from the early 1900’s. The pan shows wear, each slot has some build up, very faint rusting. There are are few knicks on top, otherwise no pitting or uneven or bowing, it sits pretty flat with a very slight wobble. The pan could use a really good cleaning than a proper seasoning (place in a 500 degree oven for a couple of hours) and you are good to go! This piece still has many many years of life left to it.
