Payment Terms:

The successful high bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Fees and Taxes:

Out of state residents do not pay any sales tax in PA. All Pennsylvania residents (buyers) must pay sales tax which will be collected by GT MOTORS INC at the time of sale. PA residents can opt to register the new purchased vehicle on there own or pay the seller to do so. Out -of - State buyers will be responsible to pay applicable taxes and registration fees in there own state where they will register the car. In case of BANK Financing GT Motors Inc will collect taxes and registration costs at the time of sale and pay them on behalf of the buyer to assure lien recording. A $495 Documentation fee will be added to ALL final sale prices of each transaction, which will cover state document preparation, dealer title work and 90 Day POWER-TRAIN limited warranty as stated and described in our warranty section. Out of state 60 Day Temporary Transit Tags are available which provide valid registration to transport/drive the vehicle to and from any US state or Canada. The cost of Temporary Tag is $85. There will be a storage fee of $25 per day if the vehicle is not picked up with 10 regular days after the purchase date unless discussed and agreed otherwise prior to sale. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in their respected state that the vehicle will be registered in.
