Card is in good condition but may have small scratches on the surface of the case, see photos for details. If you are unfamiliar with Jersey Fusion cards, they are made by a third party company called sportscards.com. They obtain cards made by the major brands (Topps, Panini, Upper Deck, etc), attach, and encase a piece of a jersey or ball that the player has worn or used. There is a QR code on the back of the card that shows where the jersey came from and the authentication.
