Vintage 1970s / early 1980s brown ostrich leather handbag with structured top handle, removable shoulder strap, and gold-tone hardware. Beautiful exotic leather texture with classic quill markings, a structured body, and an expandable gusseted shape.

The bag has a top handle with gold-tone Y-shaped hardware ends, a removable shoulder strap, and an unusual gold-tone front clasp. Interior is leather lined with fabric-lined pockets. Inside features two main compartments, a central slip pocket between the compartments, one zip pocket on the inner back wall, and two leather slip pockets in the front compartment.

There is a small gold-tone crown / monogram-style logo near the interior zipper, but the maker has not been identified.

CONDITION: Good vintage condition. The bag shows some dark marks and normal age-related wear, but nothing serious. There is an old glue repair to the inside of the shoulder strap, shown in photos. Gold-tone hardware has some color loss and oxidation. Please review all photos.
