Harman/Kardon (Harman Kardon) HK660 Amplifier.

Has been in storage for 10 years, so I gave it a clean and light service and check over. Bought new in circa 1997. A rare unit in the UK

Nice clean sounding Amp, one of my favourites from a lifetime of Hi-Fi collection. Fully discreet transistor output stage and known for its sound and ability to drive more difficult speakers due to it's High Instantaneous Current Capability (HCC): Which delivers large current reserves (around 40A) to handle quick musical peaks and low-impedance speakers.

This example is in great condition for its age, with only a few very light scratches to the lid and a few tiny marks around the edges of the front panel.  I've photographed them under spotlights to show them up, they look better in person..I just don't want anyone disappointed...I rate it as a 9/10 for cosmetic condition (and I am fussy)

I've given it a full checkover and clean on the electronics bench against the Service Manual and it's performing well.

No Remote Control, but supports remote control of this unit and other similar era HK components from a compatible remote.

**Note the HK660 has no Turntable level inputs without a (rare) optional module, I used a separate phono preamp for my Turntable, so unless you have a turntable with a built in RIAA equaliser you'll need one of these**

Will be well packed and free UK postage (note international bidders this is wired for UK mains voltage)
