There are so many pretty layers to this scrapbook page.  This would suit wedding or romantic photos.  This could also be framed in a 3D white box and hang on your wall.

The background page is pale blue.  I have added coordinating papers, gesso, pearl dots and flowers.  There is a frame for your photo.  Additional embellishments are another frame with butterfly,.  A die cut pocket with tickets.  You can add your own personal ephemera.  Die cut leaves and butterflies add the final touch with puffy word stickers "soar" and "life".
