While we take great care in packaging, we are not liable for damage or loss during transit. However, we will assist in investigating lost packages with USPS.

In special circumstances, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Items valued over $300 include additional insurance for added protection.

Returns Policy

Refunds apply to the product price only; shipping fees are non‑refundable.

Items listed as Brand New / Unopened must be returned in their original, factory‑sealed condition.

Opened, altered, or tampered‑with items are not eligible for return.

Minor shelf wear on packaging does not qualify for returns.

Return Eligibility Based on Buyer Feedback

To maintain transaction integrity, return eligibility is limited based on buyer feedback score:

Feedback 100 or lower → No returns on items $50+

Feedback 200 or lower → No returns on items $150+

Feedback 300 or lower → No returns on items $200+

Feedback 400 or lower → No returns on items $250+

Feedback 500 or lower → No returns on items $500+

Feedback 1000 or lower → No returns on items $1000+

Additional Return Policies

Once an order has shipped, cancellations or returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the final purchase price.

Defective Items: If the item has a manufacturer defect, contact us within 2 business days and return it within 10 days for a replacement or full refund. Photo evidence is required. (Does not apply to limited edition, collector, or exclusive items.)

Shipping Damage: If your item arrives damaged, notify us immediately with photos so we can initiate a parcel damage claim.

Minor packaging imperfections that do not affect the product itself are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.
