Ingersoll Rand Cyclone Select Jitterbug Sander 5" Pad Random Orbit Deburr

This will spin by hand, however when you hook up air it won’t rotate at all. I think it probably needs cleaning or rebuilt. I believe you can possibly replace the vanes but I have not tried. See all photos.
