Vintage Transformers G1 Roadgrabber Pretender Vehicle by Hasbro Takara, dated 1988, offered exactly as shown in the photographs.

This is the Decepticon Roadgrabber from the Generation 1 Pretender Vehicles line, with the purple, blue and pink vehicle shell, amber cockpit canopy, opening body section and inner robot figure. The toy is shown in vehicle mode and opened display/play mode.
