The standar original microsoft power cable has 2-pin female connector but you can use this cable with 3-pin female connector (C13 - last picture) for an Xbox One power brick.
The 3-pin connector provides a ground wire, which is a safer option than a 2-pin connector, as long as the wall socket can accept the 3-prong plug
