Old'n Times Reproductions with Jolly Good Industries, Inc made these banks that resembled the real lock boxes at the Post Office.  The serial number on the bottom is 07PP, and it looks like the letter combination was on the bottom also.  Dimensions are 6.5" x 5" x 4".
