CAN EASILY DRIVE ANYWHERE EXCEPT FOR HILL STARTS AS NO BOTTOM END POWER DUE TO SOMETHING ?????

UPDATE.......
My mechanic says the catalytic converter is blocked and caused a hole in the cat.
The timing chain could do with replacing as my research has pointed to this causing the rattling on start up when cold.

First i hear rattle sometimes when started first thing(6 months ago)
Then an intermittent squeek evey rev like belt noise scraping(2 months ago)
Then lost power in low revs (2 weeks ago) and sounds like a little hole in exhaust.
Almost 1/2 tank of petrol
Starts and drives almost everytime
Can't do hills in traffic....hence why i am selling
No starter motor or clutch issue
New back brakes
Newish front brakes
All tyres good
Body is 9.5/10
