Mixed assortment of playsets, cars, track, connectors, assembly instructions, and miscellaneous components collected by two generations of Hot Wheels enthusiasts. Most pieces are from the 1990s and early 2000s, but some go back to the late 1960s/early 1970s. All used and sold as-is, except for 8 new Hot Wheels cars in original packaging, set of Hot Wheels pencils, and a new with tags insulated lunch box (racing themed, but not Hot Wheels). Some components are partially assembled, and some playsets may be incomplete.  Please be sure to look at the photos! Rough breakdown of items below matches the photos provided. About 21 square feet and 20 pounds of fun!

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS & EXTRA DECALS: Instructions for building the Super Police Set, Police Station, Mini Police Station, Hotel, and Fast-Food Restaurant. Two sheets with leftover decals/stickers.

NEW ITEMS: 8 new Hot Wheels cars, unopened and in original packaging; 4 Hot Wheels-branded Rose Art pencils; one insulated lunch box with original tags, never used (not Hot Wheels brand, but still cool)
