Premium High-pressure Oil Pipe: The high-pressure oil pipe is of great durability. Its dust cover can protect the oil pipe from dirt. The 3/8 "NPT oil pipe joint ensures quick connection, and the steel wire protective sleeves outside the oil pipe interface prevent damage to the oil pipe caused by bending.                                                         

Notes

• Before using, open the stuffing machine, then open the electric pump and power connector, then press the black button next to the motor to open it, press the manual operation switch (upward), add a few air pressure, then press the manual operation switch (downward), close the motor, and connect the oil pipe. (The pressure should not exceed 63 MPa when air pressure is applied to avoid damage)
• The hydraulic pump must be filled with 15# ~32# anti-wear hydraulic oil to function properly. Refueling must exceed the oil window, and hydraulic oil is not included(oil cannot be carried during transportation).
• After the pump is connected to the equipment, turn on the motor, and after the motor rotates for 1-2 minutes, place the operating valve in the pressurized position, at which time the hydraulic oil enters the cylinder for work, and the output of the hydraulic oil increases with the load of its own supercharger until it reaches 63MPa.
• The normal working temperature of the oil pump is between 50-122℉. When the oil temperature is found to be ≥158℉, it should be stopped after continuous high-pressure work and be used again after it cools down by itself.
• The pressure of the relief valve and safety valve has been set before the pump is shipped from the factory. The user can not raise the pressure arbitrarily, but can only reduce the pressure according to the actual working pressure, which can improve the service life of the pump.
