                               **IF CARD IS $20 or BELOW: 

                        1- eBay $1.32 shipping envelope : this option is the cheapest and also the worst of the two options. This option is supposed to provide tracking information. NOTE: 50% of the time the post office will not scan this all the way to delivery and sometimes not even scan at all. This has opened up ebay to scammers who claim to not receive the card at all even when receiving. In this situation, an ebay PIP will be opened, a lost mail claim will be opened in the buyer's name with USPS to investigate. Lastly, I will leave feedback of the exact result of our transaction. I cannot provide multiple card shipment with this option as the envelope is returned if too thick. NO COMBINED SHIPPING WITH THIS OPTION.

                         2-USPS Ground Advantage $5 flat charge, this option is recommended. The item comes with real tracking and insurance up to $100. If the auction price goes above $100 I will cover the remaining insurance. I will also add signature confirmation on higher priced items. I can combine shipping on multiple cards purchased with this option, just checkout and I will refund any overage in postage paid.
