Please note: Most of the items I sell are either vintage or gently used. I try my very best to accurately describe all items and list all flaws. Although I list all flaws I can find, sometimes something small gets overlooked. If a statement such as "age wear" or "manufacturing defects" is used in the description, it means that the item is not flawless and your bid constitutes knowledge of that fact. All colors are described to the best of my ability; different people see color in different ways & this is by no means an attempt to deceive anyone-- therefore, nuances that can be seen in photos or that are described are not a reason for a return on a "not as described" claim, although I will take a return (buyer pays return shipping, original shipping is not refunded). By bidding you agree to the following terms: returns will only be made if the item returned is the actual item I sent to you; that the item will be unused by you or anyone else; all identifying tags will still be attached and not removed (photos kept for placement). I do not refund shipping charges, nor do I pay return shipping charges. I ship all items insured so if an item is damaged in transit, you agree to cooperate in the filing of a claim before attempting to have the item refunded by me. I'm sorry to have to implement these policies but have had an awfully large amount of miscommunication as of late & want all of my transactions to run smoothly. I have had experiences where buyers contact me with a claim for damaged items when the defect was clearly stated in the description and visible in the photos. I try very hard to make your experience the best I can and want you to be happy, but I can't afford to refund shipping charges that were paid to the post office when defects were seen in the photos-- please make sure to use the zoom function to examine the item before bidding. On this particular item, it was closely examined for flaws and I have stated everything I saw to be wrong. However, if something else was missed it would likely be very small so for that reason, no returns will be made on a "not as described" claim, although I will take a return as long as long as the item is unused by you, item must returned within 30 days--see return info for details.
