Damages:

All damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please thoroughly inspect the goods before signing the paper and do not sign the delivery papers if the goods have been damaged in any way. The company will not be responsible for any losses if the delivery is signed for and then reported afterwards.

Our products are made to order. Therefore, once the order has been dispatched, we will not accept any returns due to color or size of the bed(dimensions not fitting in the room), and mattresses due to firmness.You are responsible for your own postage costs when returning items back to us.
