The Fafnir DRNR 1 3/16 is a double rigid pillow block ball bearing unit in the DRNR series, manufactured by Fafnir Bearing — a division of the Timken Company. This unit houses 2 wide inner ring ball bearings with integral R-seals and an eccentric self-locking collar in a solid one-piece cast iron housing with a 4-bolt base. The 1-3/16 in round bore accepts a straight shaft with a slip fit; expansion type is non-expansion (fixed). Radial dynamic load capacity is 2,500 lbf and radial static load capacity is 4,900 lbf.

Individual grease chambers are provided for each bearing; close-clearance baffles direct excess grease into a central cavity, and grease fittings replace the standard pipe plugs to allow relubrication in service. The unit can be mounted in any position. Maximum operating temperature is 250 °F. Replacement insert bearing is 1103KR.
