The "Wildflower" pattern has long been one of my favorites.  Maybe that is because I always recognize the different kinds of flowers in the pattern and don't confuse it with other patterns.  Maybe I just enjoy the asymmetry of the big, bold flowers.  Either way, it is a beautiful pattern.  This pattern was manufactured by the Cambridge Glass Company of Cambridge, Ohio during the 1940's and 1950's.  I'm sure many a bride chose it as her glassware pattern as it was quite popular.  It is considered Elegant Depression Glass, which was sold in better department stores and better jewelry stores during the 1930's-1950's.  When I do find this pattern, I normally find smaller pieces but this relish / celery dish measures 12 1/2 inches long and 10 1/2 inches wide.  There are 5 sections as previously mentioned.  The middle section spans the entire length of the dish and was often used for celery (but you do what you want).  There are also four smaller sections, which could hold anything you desire.  The different shapes of this dish recall the Art Deco period while the floral pattern reminds us of Art Nouveau.  Whatever you feel, this is a stunning and large statement piece!!  There are currently 2 others on eBay right now and I haven't seen many over the years.  If you collect this pattern, I would pick this up first.  The condition is EXCELLENT USED with no chips, no cracks, no pattern loss, and no scratching.  It is a gorgeous piece.  Please see all of the photos, check my feedback, and ask any questions before making a purchase.  You will fall in love with this amazing piece of glassware.
