• Fast Dispatch: Orders are shipped within 1 business day (weekend orders ship the next business day).
• Free Economy Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class): Usually arrives in 3 to 5 working days. This is not a guaranteed service and may occasionally take longer.
• Need it quickly? If your event is within 5 days, please select Royal Mail First Class,  Tracked24 or Special Delivery at checkout. We cannot be responsible for Royal Mail delays when Economy is chosen.
• Tracking: Economy and first-class delivery does not include full tracking. For live tracking updates, please select a tracked service.

Tips for Using Your Topper

• Storage: Keep cool, dry, and out of direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate.
• Preparation: Ensure hands and surfaces are clean and dry.
• Cutting: Use clean, dry scissors for larger sheets.
• Application: Apply toppers to room-temperature cakes or cupcakes. Avoid airtight containers and refrigeration.
• Adhesion: Apply directly to buttercream, fondant or ganache. For fondant/flower paste, roll directly on.
• Expiry date: Stated under item specifics and will be printed on the sheet.

Edible Ink (Black/Yellow/Magenta/Cyan): Water, humectant (E422), propylene glycol (E490), preservative (E202), food colours (E122 carnosine, E124 ponceau, E133, E102 tartrazine), acidity regulator (E330).
