Fratris Bonaventurae Garcia Paredes

Language: Latin

Leather. Condition: Fair. (iv), 400pp. Text in Latin. Bound in full black leather, with gilt lettering to spine. The leather over spine is quite worn and somewhat dry, with small wear spots to front and back covers, too. There remains in place a nice, custom made, cloth protective cover that dates back to when the volume was in a monastery. Some tanning to paper. Short tears to extremities of a small number of pages. All called for text is present and all leaves in place, with some tenderness to binding that necessitates a little extra care in handling to maintain the integrity of the binding. There are many, unobtrusive pencil notes to text that some users will find helpful. The interior admits to several small, unobtrusive tape stains. Faint spotting to red edges of pages. Overall, a largely well preserved copy of what is ultimately a fairly scarce text.
