This listing is for a vintage Apollo 13 movie film baseball cap, signed on the brim in silver sharpie by astronaut Ken Mattingly (portrayed in the film by Gary Sinise) who was instrumental in helping the Apollo 13 mission return safely, and who then flew on the Apollo 16 mission and various shuttle flights. 

It was given to my father on a business trip in the 90s when he worked for Cable and Wireless and they embarked on the joint venture Omnes with Schlumberger who were based in Houston, Texas. Mattingly attended and signed at an Omnes corporate event that was in participation with the release of the film and the 25th anniversary of the Apollo 13 mission. Blue cotton with adjustable strap, Omnes logo on the rear and Apollo 13 movie lunar horizon graphic and U.S. flag on the front. Excellent condition, just kept bagged up in a wardrobe and never worn.
