Return Policy / Warranty:

· Please be advised that we offer a 30-day return and refund policy. A 15% restocking fee may apply if the product is not returned in its original condition and packaging.

· If your merchandise is defective, please contact us through the eBay message system to initiate a warranty replacement. While the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, we will provide complimentary shipping for the new replacement lamp.

· A unique serial number is assigned to each individual lamp and can be found on the packaging, housing, and the bulb itself. Please be advised that the warranty is void if this serial number is removed, obliterated, or altered.
