SHIPPING

- Please allow a processing and handling time of no more than 1 business day. For International orders:
- International shipping usually takes 15 to 30 business days depending on port conditions and destination. In some cases, shipping may take up to 45 days due to customs hold or issues within the postal service in your country.
RETURNS
- Original Shipping fees & handling charges are non-refundable
- Return and exchanges are only available within 14 days of receiving item.
- All items must be returned in the original package and unused conditions. (In case of missing original packaging, we cannot offer 100% money back for the item.)
- All clearance and chemical items are non-refundable.
- Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges for returns and exchanges.
- Exchanges to different items due to customer's change of mind, will result in another shipping charge at the customer's responsibility.
