A tall Doulton Lambeth stoneware vase, a very atypical decoration what stylized irises in drip glazes. The artists marks are for Joan Honey and Winnie Bowstead I think. The Doulton Lambeth marks on the underside also include with 12331 and X3861.
The vase is in excellent vintage condition, no issues.
Both artists are listed as Senior Assistants, Honey in the 1930s, Bowstead 1896-1947 intermittently.
Please view the pictures, they complete the description. While I do my best to reproduce the true colours of the pieces, they will vary slightly from system to system, and in actual viewing they will vary under differing lighting. All white spots are purely light reflections from the camera flash.
