This is a really neat new action figure, made by McFarlane for their run of Warhammer 40,000 (40K) figures. 

This particular figure is of a Chaos Space Marine. It's the Artist Proof version, ready for painting and customization. It is about 7 inches tall. 

The packaging is still sealed and in good condition overall. There's a little scuffing on the plastic cover (picture #3).
