This is a PAPER sewing pattern for a ladies' long or short-sleeved hooverette house dress. This surplice dress pattern, originally called a "Morning Frock" features a scallop-edged collar, charming little gathered pockets, and a belt-tie waist. The collar can be made in same or contrasting fabrics and would look lovely in white bound with a colorful bias edging.
