Up for sale are pair of two (2) vintage mini-lamp shades.  Rather than being made of silk or some other fabric, they are instead entirely covered with strings of amber-gold beads, which give a very pleasing and distinct appearance to the lamp light.

Each of the shades measures about 4.25 inches tall.  The diameter of the shade at the top is about 2.5 inches and at the bottom is about 5.25 inches.  There are 10 equally spaced metal stays that run from top to bottom (on the inside), giving the shades their shape.  

PLEASE NOTE:  These lamp shades do not attach using finials (i.e. caps that screw on the top).  Instead they attach directly by clipping on to the bulb itself.  The clip-on loops require a small light bulb; a regular size light bulb is too big for the clip on loops.  Photo # 9 of this listing shows - on the left side - a bulb that fits these lamp shades and, for contrast - on the right side - a regular size bulb.
