The starting point here is brome silver Inticer style blank. Inticer is the base for Pro King rotators. This flasher has two fins. The shape is identical to a Pro Troll which has one fin. The Inticer is more active through a wider range of speeds. Spin Doctors and Pro Trolls tend to lose their rotation and act more like dodgers at low speeds. We use all three brands but my favorite is the Inticer.

The front side gets a strip of Hyper Vis Silver and silver spots.
