The SGDB-15VD accepts a Three-Phase (3-Phase) AC input of 200–230V at 50/60 Hz and 10 A, and delivers a Three-Phase (3-Phase) AC output of 0–230V at 10.7 A with a continuous power rating of 1.3 kW (1.74 HP). The drive supports speed control, position control, and torque control modes — speed control accepts an analog voltage reference, while position control accepts a pulse-train reference from the host controller. Cooling is accomplished by natural air convection, and built-in protection covers overcurrent, overvoltage, and overload conditions.

The SGDB SERVOPACK generates heat in operation and must be installed with adequate clearance to allow free heat radiation; high-voltage motor cables must be routed separately from low-voltage signal cables to prevent interference. An internal regenerative resistor is included, but if regenerative power loss exceeds the allowable rating it must be removed and replaced with an external regenerative resistor unit.
