New and never opened. Minor corner wear on bottom. Back of punch out has a piece of tape on it to prevent it from falling off. Original owner did this to all of his carded figures. There is also a thumbtack mark on the punch out area. 

Will be shipped in a box with packing material for protection and will be insured.
