PLAY TESTED !! 

The record is A strong VG+. has a few small light/ fine surface marks/ hairlines, doesn't affect playback.

have played both sides of the record, it plays really very well. has the odd crackle here and there, and at the start of side 1

other wise plays without issue, and sounds great. 

the glossy  front cover still looks good, and  is still intact. No rips or tears, it  has a few creases and a few stains on the back.
