It is in fair to good condition and including the border measures 48" long by 10" tall. Photo by R. F. Kelly of Miami. One piece of the white border is missing on top and the bottom has a 3" tear by the "C" in Copper. It will be sent gently rolled up as that is how I got it. Please see pics. I can combine shipping.
