Beautiful Dolce & Gabbana Tan 2-piece Skirt Set.  Jacket is a size 38 and the skirt is a size 40.  The skirt has a side zipper and one button for closure.  Also, the skirt has flat, slant pockets on each side -see the image.  The skirt is not lined, but the jacket is lined. The jacket's exquisite composition is hard to capture on camera - it's exceptional.  The shoulder area is minimally padded.
