TCS 1029 AMD4 DCC Decoder for certain Atlas N Scale Locomotives.  It came out of a working locomotive that was changed to a sound decoder.  It has been factory reset and tested on address 3.  See video of it in operation.  Built in LED headlights work in both directions.  It was bought new by me and run very little in the locomotive.  Original packaging and instructions are included.  Will be packaged safely for shipment.  I have many other decoders for sale.  I am happy to combine shipping and possibly quantity discounts.  Send a message to me, and we will work something out.  I am listing used decoders individually so that a video of each decoder in operation can be viewed.
