Die-cut is in overall good condition, is made of heavy duty cardstock, but there are bends in the tree limbs and the ghost on the roof (see photos) from storage over the years. Also there is a 1.9” slot on the bottom middle where a cat is supposed to go, this is missing. Decoration measures approximately 15.6” tall x 11.9” wide. Comes from a smoke free home.
