Hornby OO R2056 Class B17/4 4-6-0 Steam Loco 2857 Doncaster Rovers LNER Green
Excellent example of The Hornby 'Top Link' series Class B17 'Footballer' class steam locomotive Doncaster Rovers in original lined apple green livery of the London North Eastern Railway. Produced in 1998, at the very end of Hornby's UK manufacturing in Margate, it was issued for just one model year before being discontinued.
This example is in near mint condition, in original box with paperwork and card sleeve. Please see all photos for details. Judging by condition of the valvegear, wheels etc it has seen very little track running.
Track tested and in full working order. Powered and driven by a ringfield motor situated in the tender.
Will be carefully packaged for dispatch via tracked service.
