Unmarked Victorian era ceramic Syrup Pitcher with Pewter Lid.  The body and handle has a glossy black glaze and accented with gold bands.  The pewter lid is attached to the rim of the pitcher and has a finial thumb lever.  There are no chips, cracks or crazing.  Just some pitting around the body.  Please see all pictures for more details.  8 3/4" tall x 5 1/2" wide with handle.  Base is 4 1/2" wide.
