*Condition Notes: 1) Floor model with superficial wear from handling and demonstration. While at least some marks and impressions are from handling, it should be noted that many are original to manufacture and part of the normal vintage-aesthetic for this vegetable-tanned collection. 2) No outer carton or service guide. Does include gift-box, dust-bag, and 1926 Montblanc Heritage insert.
Aesthetic
Notes: 1) The vegetable-tanning for this collection imparts natural shades and grainy structures. The presence of wrinkles and sensitivity to scratching is a normal effect and not to be considered defective. 2) Emblems on Montblanc leather products are manually centered and
may shift during the setting process. Emblems that are slightly off
center or rotated are completely normal and should not be considered
defective.
The 1926 Montblanc Heritage Collection celebrates the year Montblanc first released leather goods with articles created after the Tuscan tradition and inspired by world travel. The wallet is crafted from dark-brown vegetable-tanned leather, resulting in an aging patina that gives each piece its own unique worn-in charm. Antique-gold-finished hardware continues the vintage aesthetic. It features one zippered-compartment and eight credit-card pockets. The compartment features red cotton-lining with blue print inspired by the Maasai tribe. The final touch is the iconic Montblanc emblem set inside a metal ring. Made in Italy.
