Both fit the same in the chest and do measure as one should expect a Men's SMALL to measure in the chest. The dress shirt is 3" longer in length and looks great untucked with some jeans.

The "FREE" Dress Shirt we are throwing in is also in great condition. It is wrinkled a little but and will crisp up nicely with a dry clean or press.
