PLEASE NOTE: WE HAVE TESTED THESE BUDS AND THEY BOTH PLAY, PAIR EASILY, AND HOLD A CHARGE. BOTH BUDS PLAYED CONTINUOSLY AT HIGHEST NORMAL PHONE VOLUME. THE ISSUE WE DISCOVERED IS AT BOOSTED VOLUMES THROUGH AN APP FOR LOUDER VOLUMES BOTH PLAYED AND SOUNDED GREAT BUT THE LEFT WOULD STOP AFTER A COUPLE MINUTES OF PLAY AND WOULD HAVE TO BE INSERTED INTO THE CHARGING CASE TO SINC AND JOIN THE RIGHT,  (AND IT WAS BROUGHT TO OUR ATTENTION THE CHARGING CASE ITSELF ALTHOUGH IT WORKS IS NOT THE CORRECT ONE FOR THESE BUDS BUT PRESUMABLY FOR GEN 1. ) THIS HAPPENED EACH AND EVERYTIME THEY WERE PLAYED USING A POWER BOOSTING APP. NORMAL PHONE VOLUMES WERE NO ISSUES THIS IS HOW WE CAME TO OUR CONCLUSION TO SELL "NOT WORKING PARTS ONLY" YOU WILL RECEIVE EVERYTHING PICTURED.
