These new old stock Safronic 5.25" drives came from an enterprise IT services company that cloesd down. Each purchase is for 1 (ONE) drive.


Please note, these drives do NOT come with any cables, manuals or other accessories Also, some drives may have a loose square plate. This is the EMI cover for the read/write head. These drives have been sitting on pallets for 30 years, so the adhesive has dried up. You can glue these back on. Some customers report the plate is required for drive operation and others report it works without it.

Photos are of one of the actual items for sale. Please keep in mind that this is a vintage item over 20 years old. It may continue working for years, or it may fail at any time due to age. For that reason, this item is sold strictly AS-IS with no returns.

Items are shipped via FedEx or USPS, unless otherwise noted, and carrier selection is at my discretion. Insurance is included in the shipping cost.

Some lighter items may ship via USPS Ground Advantage or other comparable USPS services. Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days.
