This is a genuine antique hickory shaft forged blade putter, dating to the 1920s hickory era.

This club features multiple period-correct markings that strongly identify it as a product of the Thomas E. Wilson Company, later to become Wilson Sporting Goods:

Stamped “Aim Rite” (early alignment/sweet spot feature)

Stamped “Forged Open Hearth Steel”

Distinct hammer cleek mark at the toe (Wilson forging mark)

Marked “Derby Putter”

Retail stamped “Harry Clee & Sons” (golf retailer). The “Harry Clee & Sons” stamp indicates the club was sold through a pro shop or retailer, a common practice in the hickory era.

Condition:

Head shows honest age and play wear consistent with a 100-year-old club.

Hickory shaft appears original with typical aging/patina.

Grip condition: it appears to be original, but I can’t be certain.

Collector Notes: Wilson “Aim Rite” putters with hammer marks are desirable among hickory golf collectors, especially with clear, legible stampings like this one has. It’s a great addition to any vintage golf collection or for play in some of the hickory tournaments.
